About Erin
Erin McGoff is an award-winning filmmaker, business owner, and creator working and living in New York City.
Erin is passionate about helping others design lives that will make them truly happy.
But, Erin, like you, has felt the pain of navigating a career—the rejection, frustration, confusion.
However, through her journey, Erin became obsessed with researching career advice and over the years became the go-to friend for help.
In 2020, like many, Erin downloaded TikTok out of boredom. She started to post a few videos here and there, but nothing special. Then one day, Erin posted a piece of career advice—her special formula for answering "tell me about yourself" in a job interview. The advice went mega viral and Erin began to receive thousands of messages from people.
Erin realized the intense demand for quality soft career advice and set out on a mission to be an educator. Erin went from zero to 3m+ followers in 2.5 years.
Erin designs her teachings through intense research. She reads articles and studies, talks to recruiters and business owners, listens to podcasts, reads all the books, and encourages her followers to do the same.
Erin also takes a psychological approach to her teachings—helping people boost their confidence & find out what they truly want.
